The program is designed for accounts with at least $4 million in Total Insurable Value, subject to underwriting.

What is the maximum TIV?

Property capacity is available up to $35 million TIV per location, subject to underwriting.

Are older buildings eligible?

Yes. There is no building-age restriction for West Coast states, although building condition, system updates, and protection remain underwriting considerations.

Are unsprinklered facilities considered?

Yes. There is no sprinkler-status restriction, but life-safety controls and account-specific protection features will still be reviewed, subject to underwriting.

What is the blanket limit?

The program offers up to a $500 million blanket limit per occurrence, subject to underwriting and policy terms.

Is flood coverage available?

Up to a $100 million flood sublimit may be available in non-critical flood zones, subject to underwriting.

How long does quoting take?

Turnaround may take up to two weeks depending on the complexity of the risk and the completeness of the submission.

Is Commercial Property coverage available?

Yes. The program is designed to provide higher-limit Commercial Property solutions for eligible senior living facilities, subject to underwriting.

Is General Liability available?

Yes. General Liability may be included as part of an eligible senior living package placement, subject to underwriting.

Is a Statement of Values required, and what else speeds underwriting?

A Statement of Values with per-building replacement values, construction, year built, and square footage is recommended. Underwriting also reviews care levels, occupancy, sprinklers and life-safety systems, flood exposure, staffing, and loss history.

Do brokers need to be appointed before submitting?

No. Brokers may submit a senior living risk before completing an appointment with Greenwood General.
